Services for Students at our "One Stop" Location
- Cashiering:
- Process cash, check and credit card payments to student or business accounts.
- Process payments for applications for competency examinations.
- Process batch authorization for credit card payments.
- Provide cash advances to students in good financial standing.
- Provide Vending Refunds.
- Provide departmental deposits for University departments.
- Account Information:
- Provide information in regards to cost for tuition, room and board.
- Provide account information regarding past due bills.
- Assist in payment plan arrangements to students with extenuating circumstances.
- Account Dispute Resolution Services:
- Thorough research of account in dispute.
- Provide detailed account breakdown upon request from student or parent (providing FERPA release is on file).
- Verbal and written explanation of disputed charges.
- Reconciliation of all errors made such as misapplied payments or incorrect payment amounts.
- Written replies to all correspondence directed to the Center for Student Services.
- Research and reconcile departmental deposit problems.
- Financial Aid Service:
- Assist with online signing of promissory notes, counseling and accepting of awards.
- Provide information on financial aid that is available to students for the academic year.
- Provide information on student financial aid packaging.
- Provide information of student eligibility for financial aid.
- Provide information on scholarships, grants, work study and loans that are provided by the University.
- Provide information on student cost of attendance budget for walk-in and telephone customers.
- Provide applications for Federal Financial Aid.
- Provide information regarding student financial aid probation and suspension.
- Provide students selected for Federal student aid verification with verification worksheets based on corresponding year of selected verification.
- Provide students with application and information on sending or receiving financial aid transcripts.
- Provide information and application for review of special conditions form.
- Set-up loan counseling sessions for students who are first time borrowers.
- Provide information on Alternative Financial Arrangements.
- Provide information on emergency loans for students with pending financial aid.
- Forward all paperwork to the designated departments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide information for students wishing to receive independent status.
- Registration Services:
- Provide assistance in address changes.
- Provide information on registration policies and procedures.
- Provide information on registration deadlines.
- Provide and process verification certification for students that need to verify current enrollment.
- Provide official transcripts for students.
- Provide students with information regarding open courses and seating availability.
- Provide students with information regarding departmental listing of courses being offered during a particular semester.
- Dining Services:
- Provide Meal Plan changes.
- Provide Off-Campus Meal Plans.
- Provide Guest and Employee Meal Tickets.
- Telecommunications:
- Student IDs.
- Faculty/Staff IDs.
- Emeriti IDs.
- Employee badges.

- Authorization codes.
